Yes – Under the terms of our tenancy agreements the tenant agrees not to smoke in or on any part of the property or allow any invited guests or visitors to smoke in or on any part of the property. If there is any evidence of smoking or smoke damage in or on any part of the property, the tenant agrees for the whole property (including all its fixtures and fittings and contents (if any), carpets, curtains (including net curtains), blankets, bedding, upholstery) to be cleaned by an accredited professional cleaning company before the end of the tenancy or be liable for the reasonable costs for the whole of the property to be cleaned by an accredited professional cleaning company.
