Neither the landlord nor his agent have tested any part of any telephone installation or any part of any broadcast receiving installation in the property.
To find out the telephone number for any existing telephone line in the property connect a handset to a telephone point and dial the BT line test number 17070.
If you are arranging a telephone service in the property, be aware it can take up to 30 days to go live. If you are arranging a telephone service in the property before the start of your tenancy please check with any existing occupier if they have a telephone service and if so what date they plan to terminate the service.
