If you used one of our Let Only services to set up the tenancy or simply want to manage the end of tenancy process yourself these are the things you need to consider:
• Carrying out pre Check-Out inspection
• Carrying out accompanied Check-Out
• Assessing the property against Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report
• Agreeing on any dilapidations and cleaning and any compensation due
• Processing Deposit
• Informing utility companies of meter readings at Check-Out and transfer accounts
• Informing Council Tax office and transfer account
• Arranging repairs and maintenance of the property in preparation for re-letting (re-let only)
