The e-mail from the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) requesting your approval to release the Tenancy Deposit (in part or full) will be sent to the e-mail address for the Lead Tenant as recorded in the Prescribed Information Relating to Tenancy Deposits provided at the start of the initial tenancy.
Check the e-mail account for the Lead Tenant including any junk/spam folders and if you have still not received the e-mail, please contact the DPS on 0330 303 0030
