The AT THE END OF THE TENANCY section of the Tenancy Agreement details what the tenant has agreed to do at the end of the tenancy. The SPECIAL CONDITIONS section of the Tenancy Agreement details what special conditions (if any) the tenant has agreed to. If any part of the property was cleaned by a professional cleaning company immediately prior to the commencement of the tenancy, the tenant will need to arrange for that part of the property to be cleaned to the same standard and ensure artefacts such as receipts or settled invoices are available for the Check-Out.
