If we find a tenant for a landlord and the tenant terminates the tenancy less than 12 months after the start date of the fixed term, we will provide our Let Only – Silver service free of charge for the next tenancy after the terminated tenancy.
Only applies where the landlord signed a Client Agreement – Let Only with Jungle Property for the terminated tenancy and paid a full Set-up Fee for the terminated tenancy and the tenant terminates the tenancy in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement and does not apply to any renewal tenancy. The landlord is liable for the cost of any Third Party services as listed on our website.
