Periodic inspections are mostly carried out by an independent professional clerk we have been working with for many 10 years though we carry out some of the periodic inspection ourselves along with Legionella risk assessments and special inspections such as damp and mould inspections.
Re Check-Ins we carry out a pre Check-In Check immediately before the start of each tenancy and the Check-In itself is carried out by ourselves using an Inventory and Schedule of Condition report compiled by an independent professional inventory clerk.
Re Check-Outs these conducted by an independent professional inventory clerk and in all cases we try to use the same clerk who compiled the Inventory and Schedule of Condition report to provide a good comparison.
