Yes – in accordance with the conditions of your Tenancy Agreement you agreed to attend (or an appointed representative attend) the Check-Out to observe the assessment of the state and condition of the property by the landlord or his agent or inventory clerk. If you are unable to be present, you can appoint a representative to attend on your behalf.
