8 weeks before the end of your tenancy you will receive an e-mail or letter advising you of the end of tenancy process and all the things you need to do before then. Key things to do are:

• Let us know of anything that needs repairing
• Re-read the AT THE END OF THE TENANCY, SPECIAL CONDITIONS, Deposit and DEALING WITH THE Deposit AT THE END OF THE TENANCY sections of your Tenancy Agreement
• Print off the Check-Out Form and start completing it in preparation for the end of tenancy
• Put a date in your diary to cancel any bank Standing Order after the last rental payment
• Ensure all manufacturer’s instructions and safety information is available for the Check-Out
• Ensure the gas users’ copy of the Gas Safety Record is available for the Check-Out
• Ensure receipts or settled invoices for any professional cleaning as agreed in the SPECIAL CONDITIONS section of your Tenancy Agreement are available for the Check-Out

We will contact you 21 days before the end of the tenancy to finalise the end of tenancy.
