Yes – provided you have met all the obligations in your Tenancy Agreement, your deposit will be returned to you in full. The terms under which some or all of the deposit may not be returned to you are defined in the DEPOSIT section of your Tenancy Agreement. The DEALING WITH THE DEPOSIT AT THE END OF THE TENANCY section of your Tenancy Agreement details how your deposit is handled at the end of your tenancy.

A landlord or agent declaring that a deposit (or part of) is non-refundable under any circumstances would be considered an unfair term and is not enforecable.
