The DEALING WITH THE TENANCY DEPOSIT AFTER THE END OF THE TENANCY section of your tenancy agreement covers how we deal with your deposit.

Once we receive the Check-Out Report from the inventory clerk we will review the report and advise the landlord on any dilapidations and cleaning and any compensation due. We then give the landlord 72 hours to review and respond to the report. If the landlord wishes to claim compensation we will contact you immediately with details of what it is the landlord wishes to claim for an how much. If the landlord does not wish to claim any compensation or does not respond within 72 hours we will rlease the deposit in full to the tenant.
